Our chiropractic and massage clinic is growing and needs to add one more talented person to our team. If you have front desk experience in healthcare, or currently have a CA (chiropractic assistant) license, this position may be perfect for you.
Job details:
- Our office has one front desk employee/office manager, two doctor, and six massage therapists. We need someone with a passion for great customer service and excellent people skills.
- Our clinic prides itself on providing the most welcoming patient experience in Portland!
- Front desk duties include patient intake, scheduling, calls, and processing payments.
- CA duties involve performing modalities (heat, stim, traction, laser, therapeutic exercises) which requires obtaining a CA license and hands-on training.
- Currently our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with this position averaging around 30 hours per week. We offer 5 paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
- Applicants with CA licensure, healthcare experience, or bilingual competency are preferred, but all backgrounds will be considered. Any billing experience is a plus.
